The restaurant is situated right by the sea, on the public City Beach in Gdynia. It serves classic Polish dishes, but it also specializes in fish and seafood dishes from the Mediterranean region and the Asian cuisine. In the summer season the menu includes barbecue dishes, including fresh smoked fish, prepared locally. From the terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view of the beach, the Orłowo Cliff and the coast stretching from Gdańsk all the way to the Hel peninsula.
The Chef recommends:
- beef tartare with egg, onion, cucumber and aromatic maślak [bovine boletus] mushrooms.
- Royal prawns with Indonesian sambal, garlic and parsley, fried in olive oil.
- Braised salmon with prawns served on spinach leaves, with goat’s cheese with a touch of tarragon, served with potato roesti.
